Become aware of your sugar intake

Reduce your consumption of alcohol. Be mindful of how much red meat you're eating--even though it's delicious, it's full of fat and cholesterol. Find out if you're gluten intolerant before indulging in breads and pasta made with gluten grains like wheat, rye, barley, spelt or kamut--they may actually trigger an autoimmune response in your body. And remember: veggies are always healthy!
